Fish Friendly Farming
"Encouraging growing practices that protect the endangered coho salmon and steelhead trout because premium wine comes from a pristine environment"

Fish Friendly Farming

In the vineyard, we are pleased to announce that we recently received Fish Friendly Farming certification for The Confluence estate. The FFF program was created for wine grape growers who endeavor to restore fish and wildlife habitats and improve water quality. The goal of this program is to protect the environment and endangered species, particularly Coho salmon and Steelhead trout. Since the Anderson and Rancheria creeks form the confluence of the Navarro River directly behind our winery estate, we place particular importance on preserving this natural resource. The FFF directives will be used as best management practices for all of our ranches as we move forward with our development.
